Q: How do I book?

A: By clicking on the button above ("Click Here for Packages & Booking Calendar) and paying directly online by credit card or debit.

Q: What do the sessions include?

A: Our main package (#1) include a private 30-minute studio session with Santa and choice of 2 digital files. Your child(ren) will chat with Santa, tell him their wishlist for Christmas, share a storybook and a little treat. Our #2 package includes having parents join in for a Christmas family portrait (taken with or without Santa) and 4 digital files of your choice. Package #3 includes 10 digital files.

Q: Can siblings take part in the same session?

A: Yes! Siblings can be photographed together in the same session. You only need to book one timeslot.

Q: How do I pay?

A: Session fees must be paid upon booking a timeslot. You can pay for the session fee directly online by credit card.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I can't make it?

A: Session fees are non-refundable but transferable to another family should you be unable to keep your appointment. It is up to the client to find a replacement, not the studio.

Q: What is the date for this promotion?

A: This ONE DAY ONLY event takes place on Saturday, December 2nd from 10am to 6pm

Q: Where is your studio located?

A: Our beautiful new commercial studio is located in the south end of Ottawa, near Findlay Creek.

Q: How long is the session?

A: Sessions will last around 30 minutes.

Q: What time should we be there?

A: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled timeslot. If you are late, we cannot accommodate extra time (due to the busy schedule).

Q: Can I take photos with my phone/camera?

A: Taking photographs with any device (phone, camera, etc) is prohibited.

Q: When/How will I see the proofs?

A: A few days after the promotional weekend takes place, you will be sent an online gallery link.

Q: Can I purchase additional digitals or products after the session?

A: Yes, you will have the option to purchase additional products. A full pricelist will be sent after you book your appointment.
